Writing product descriptions that actually convert

Not a features list — a clear answer to the one question every buyer is silently asking: what does this actually do for me?

What actually works

Lead with the outcome

Open with what the buyer gets or solves, not a list of specifications. Details matter, but only after the buyer knows why they should care.

Answer the objection before it's asked

If buyers commonly hesitate over sizing, compatibility, or scope, address it directly in the description instead of waiting for a message.

Specific beats generic

"Handmade with care" says nothing. "Hand-poured in small batches of 12" gives a buyer something real to picture and trust.
